When and how refunds work on cabinet orders placed with MNK Cabinet — your factory-direct kitchen & bath cabinet showroom in Norcross.

We want you to feel confident from your first design sketch to the day your cabinets are installed. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled on our kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and cabinets, and the design, assembly, delivery and installation services that go with them. It works alongside our Return Policy, and applies to orders placed with MNK Cabinet at 6679 Peachtree Industrial Blvd Suite i, Norcross, GA 30092.
Deposits & custom orders
- Many cabinet orders require a deposit to lock in your selections and begin assembly, scheduling, and delivery planning.
- Custom and made-to-order cabinets — including special-order sizes, finishes, and door styles — are non-refundable once production has begun, because they're built specifically for your space.
- If you cancel a standard (non-custom) cabinet order before it ships or is picked up, you may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less any restocking or processing fees described in your order.
Stock cabinets
Unused, undamaged stock cabinets in their original, re-sellable condition may be eligible for a refund under our Return Policy. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. With factory-direct pricing and free, itemized estimates, we'll always confirm what's refundable before you commit.
Damaged or defective cabinets
If a cabinet arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us promptly (see below). We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund of the affected item at no cost to you. Please keep the packaging and share photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Design & installation services
Our free design (including 3D plans), assembly, delivery, and installation services that have already been performed are generally non-refundable. If something isn't right with our work, tell us — we'll make it right.
How to request a refund
- Contact us with your name, order details, and the reason for the request.
- We'll confirm eligibility and walk you through the next steps.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within a reasonable time to your original payment method; your bank may take additional days to post it.
