What’s covered
We warrant that the installation workmanship performed by MNK Cabinet’s own crews will be free from defects for three (3) years from the date your installation is completed. If a covered workmanship issue comes up in that time, we’ll repair or replace the affected work at no charge.
Workmanship coverage includes the things our installers control:
- Doors and drawer fronts that fall out of alignment or stop closing properly.
- Cabinets that come loose, or mounting and anchoring that fails.
- Cabinet boxes that are not level, plumb or square as installed.
- Hinges, slides, knobs and pulls that were installed incorrectly or in the wrong position.
- Fillers, toe kicks, crown and trim that separate or gap because of how they were installed.
The cabinets themselves
Your cabinets are covered by the cabinet manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in the product itself rather than the installation. We don’t set those terms, so ask us and we’ll tell you which manufacturer warranty applies to the cabinets on your order — and if you ever need to use it, we’ll help you file the claim.
What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper cleaning and maintenance.
- Water and moisture damage, including leaks from plumbing, appliances or the room itself.
- Alterations, repairs or modifications made by anyone other than MNK Cabinet.
- Work performed by a third-party installer — this warranty covers installations done by our own crews.
- Customer-supplied materials.
- Natural variation in wood grain and color, and normal color change over time.
- Damage caused by moving cabinets, or by remodeling and other trades working in the space after we finish.

Call us at (470) 404-2863 or email [email protected] and describe what’s going on. Have your invoice handy and send photos of the issue if you can — it helps us get to the right answer faster. We’ll schedule an inspection, and if it’s covered workmanship we’ll repair or replace the affected work.
